This must be one of those milestones that we have been hanging out for...
Even though the outside of the building is still crawling with renderers applying the cement finish to the exterior, on the inside the plaster sheeting was being installed in the kitchen and living areas:
Here Rod and Mark are promptly installing the ducting for the rangehood before the Kitchen ceiling sheeting is put up:
And by the end of the next day, the plastering of the downstairs living areas looks almost complete. Here you can easily see the curved dropped ceiling bulkhead above the Kitchen bench:
And looking back towards the Lounge Room, the column now has its skin on. Kate and Jess are pointing to where the stove and ovens will go:
We were very impressed with how bright and airy the room feels with the ceiling up and the walls in white.
